License Supervision & Neurodivergent-Affirming Guidance
I currently offer virtual supervision for social workers pursuing required hours towards independent licensure. In the future, I plan to provide other supervision, career coaching, continuing education, and advocacy services. I practice throughout all of Minnesota but primarily southwest Twin Cities metro.
Individualized Support
I am a Minnesota Board of Social Work-approved supervisor providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, strength-based, and person-centered support. Currently, I am only providing licensure supervision, with plans to offer additional services in the future.
My Specialized Services
Licensure Supervision
I currently provide licensure supervision for LSWs and LGSW pursuing completing their required supervised practice hours. In the future, I plan on becoming board approved to provided LPC/LPCC license supervision as well.
Advocacy Work
FUTURE SERVICE: I will provide advocacy services at the macro/mezzo/micro levels towards inclusion and equity for neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, special education, disabilities, and other areas that I am passionate about.
Career Coaching
FUTURE SERVICE: I will provide coaching for social workers and others in related fields for determining next steps in their careers/education.
Continuing Education
FUTURE SERVICE: I will provide specialized instruction for professionals to foster inclusive environments that honor and validate neurodiverse experiences.
