ABOUT:
MN Neurodivergent Wellness & Consulting
History
Minnesota Neurodivergent Wellness and Consulting came about due to Victoria Fett's personal and professional experience working with and advocating for those that are neurodivergent. Victoria notice that there were not many supervisors that specifically worked with neurodivergent supervisees or supervisees interested in working with neurodivergent clients. As a clinical social worker, Victoria also has a desire to advocate on the macro/mezzo levels in addition with working in the micro level of advocacy. Victoria had been considering providing supervision via her own business while still primarily working in an outpatient clinic for at least the past 1-2 years. In August/September of 2026, an opportunity came up to provide supervision for a former intern, and thus, Minnesota Neurodivergent Wellness and Consulting was born. Currently, only LSW/LGSW supervision is being provided, but Victoria intends to expand to additional services in the future.

About Me
I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 2009 and my Master of Social Work in 2020. Over the years, I’ve worked in the school system as a para with kids with IEPs at an elementary school, within the behavioral health insurance industry, in ARMHS, CTSS, and in-home therapy, and as a CADI waiver case manager.
In recent years, I’ve been working in an outpatient clinic as a therapist specializing in neurodivergence, trauma, LGBTQIA+ clients, and parents/caregivers of kids with special needs. Since April 2025, I’ve been a MN BOSW–approved supervisor and have provided licensure supervision for multiple LGSW supervisees at my other current employment.
In August 2026, I started to Minnesota Neurodivergent Wellness and Consulting, LLC in order to provide supervision privately. I hope to eventually expand services form licensure supervision, but that will have to wait until the future.
In my personal life, I have three neurodivergent children, a neurodivergent spouse, and firsthand experience navigating IEPs and special education. I also consider myself to be neurodivergent. I personally enjoy nature, the arts, science, going for walks, and listening to music.
