Guided License Supervision
Welcome. I am Victoria Fett, MSW, LICSW, a Board-approved supervisor dedicated to supporting social workers as they navigate the path to licensure. My licensure supervision services are designed for social workers seeking a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed space to develop their professional practice. I prioritize a strengths-based, person-centered approach that validates unique lived experiences and fosters growth in complex professional environments.
Supervisees can expect consistent, structured support delivered entirely online via Google Meet or Zoom, ensuring accessibility across Minnesota. Rates & Payment

LSW individual supervision: $40/hr

LGSW individual supervision: $60/hr

LSW/LGSW Group supervision: $25/hr per individual
Payment can be made online via Venmo. Payment is due at the time of the supervision session beginning.
Supervision Frequency/Duration and Location:
We will negotiate frequency and duration of supervision to meet your needs. Currently, I will be providing supervision via video conferencing. Life is busy, so I understand if you miss from time to time; however, it is expected you communicate with me (see below) and that you attend 75% or more of your scheduled sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
I require 24-hours of advance notice is requested for any change in scheduled appointments. You will be expected to pay in full for a scheduled appointment that you don't show up for or cancel with less than 24-hours notice. If I need to cancel/reschedule, I will plan to do so with at least a 24-hour notice or as soon as possible (you will not be charged for my cancellation).
